Orchid medical was given life in 2014 by 2 enthusiastic young doctors. It has grown immensely since. We have uniquely merged the art of medical aesthetics and Healthcare.
She graduated with a bachelor in medicine and surgery from UCT. She developed an interest in medical aesthetics since her university days. She then pursued this dream, in that orchid medial aesthetics was born. Her interests also lie within women’s health. She aims to always approach life with a smile and positivity.
If you have been to orchid medical aesthetics, you will know Katleho. Starting off as a receptionist she has persevered and worked hard to obtain her qualification as a beauty therapist. Her interests lie in skin care and products. Her enthusiasm always brings joy to the practice

Dr Thandeka Ngcongo has had a keen interest in cosmetic medicine throughout her medical career. This has seen her sought out the best skin and body treatments in the world. Her experience in the industry has made her a leader in skin and body management, especially in ethnic skin types. As a published author, she continues to learn, grow and teach.
She runs the practice with her partner who has a keen interest in men’s health and sports medicine. Making this practice a true well rounded one.
